A combination of life lessons, study & being particularly sensitive to energies since my childhood have brought me to where I am today.

At first, my spiritual development took me along the mediumship and Spiritual Healing path which has continued throughout my life.

Part of my study includes Angel and Ascension Master Teacher training with Diana Cooper, as well as studying Tera Mai Seichem Reiki through to mastership. These teachings & training have covered a myriad of aspects connecting the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual self. More recently the study & work with Soul Psychology as taught by Dr Joshua David Stone has added another level to the soul aspect of our being. This essentially becomes a lifetime work of Soul Refinement, leading to Ascension, and ultimately the overcoming of our earthly life lessons.
